Guests at the Raymond recently enjoyed the “Cane Chronicles,” a rum-tasting event presented by head bartender Peter Lloyd Jones and guest speaker Kiowa Bryan. The rum was paired with small bites. Guests experienced a one-of-a-kind presentation to learn more about the popular cane distillate, including findings from Jones’ recent trips to Cuba and Martinique and a discussion on the ever-popular Havana Club Wars while doing a side-by-side tasting.
