Professional Child Development Associates’ recent Harvest Moon Gala and Art Auction celebrated 20 years of providing innovative therapies and programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Held recently at the home of Therese and Mario Molina for 320 attendees, the event honored South Pasadena City Councilman Bob Joe with the PCDA Community Service Award.
PCDA Teen Club graduate and Citrus College student Ethan Uy received the PCDA Achievement Award. Executive Director Dr. Diane Cullinane and Programs Director Mimi Winer, the agency’s co-founders, were also recognized for their leadership and service to children and families for the past 20 years. The event, which was chaired by Chelby Crawford, raised $103,000 to support PCDA’s programs and provide scholarships for client families in need.
