Friends of the Pasadena Senior Center recently gathered to support the Center’s eighth annual “Zest!” gala. More than 200 people enjoyed cocktails and dinner while listening to live entertainment from composer Alan Chapman (KUSC FM 91.5), and his wife, soprano Karen Benjamin.
That night, the center also recognized Scott Jenkins for his extraordinary contributions to the Pasadena community. Jenkins is a past president of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses and former member of San Marino Schools Board of Education. He currently serves on the board of Huntington Hospital and is a partner at the firm of Hahn & Hahn.
All proceeds raised at Zest support the Center’s efforts to provide social wellness programs and services for adults over age 50.
