John and Shawna Barger and Bob Gayl recently hosted a special reception in San Marino to benefit Door of Hope. The faith-based organization helps lift children and families in Greater Pasadena out of homelessness by providing transitional housing and supportive services. Representatives illustrated the impact Door of Hope is making in the lives of families and children experiencing homelessness, and an alumni family shared their experience at Door of Hope. In the face of the nation’s homelessness crisis, Door of Hope is successfully ending homelessness for 85% of its program graduates. For more information, visit doorofhope.us.
