Friends In Deed, a Pasadena-based organization dedicated to meeting the needs of Pasadena’s homeless and at-risk individuals, held its inaugural golf tournament recently at the Glendora County Club. The event had 140 golfers and made $83,000 net profit for the organization. Participants enjoyed lunch, dinner, on-course beverages, tee prizes, silent and live auctions and an opportunity drawing. The tournament was chaired Pat Wickhem.
