Training for Warriors Launches 8-Week Challenge

Training for Warriors is starting a new eight-week Transformational Challenge beginning Sept. 18. Not only is the challenge a way to be introduced to the Training for Warriors program, it has the added benefit of jump-starting someone’s fitness level ahead of the holiday season. It consists of three days each week over eight weeks. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is. Training for Warriors welcomes anyone who wants to be a part of a team that works together for a healthier mind and body.
Anthony David, owner of Training for Warriors La Cañada has tried or taught most of the latest physical fitness programs in one way or another. Disappointed in most programs’ single focus, he looked hard to find a program that encompassed a holistic approach to working out, an approach that supported his mantra: Lose Weight, Build Muscle and Feel Good.
“Training for Warriors’ philosophy is to combine metabolic conditioning with strength training in a group environment that brings out teamwork, support and friendship,” David said. “In our classes, we focus intently on form and doing exercises properly. Our goal is not to get hurt, but to build stronger bodies for a fuller, healthier life.”
