USC Trojans Support Homeless, Children for Service Day

USC Trojan Affiliates invites the community to participate in the Sixth Annual All University Day of “SCervice” on Saturday, March 11, when USC alumni and friends around the world will participate in various activities to show support for worthwhile causes within their communities.
This year, USC Trojan Affiliates will participate in two projects in the San Gabriel Valley. They will assemble more than 300 toiletry kits for the clients at Union Station Homeless Services and will do an art project with the young children at Hillsides Home for Children.
The community is welcome to assist at Union Station Homeless Services located at 412 S. Raymond Ave., Pasadena, or donate toiletry items for the kits they are assembling. Volunteers will meet between 9-11 a.m. at the shelter. Coffee and light snacks will be served.
For more information and to volunteer or donate items, contact USC Trojan Affiliates Day of SCervice chair Ann Palmer at acp3rd@gmail.com or (626) 355-9675.
For those interested in helping with or donating art supplies for the art project at the Hillsides Home for Children, contact Day of SCervice co-chairs Rosanne and Brianna Berlen at (626) 893-6021or Rosanne@aaroe.com.
