Assumption Frolics in Roaring ’20s Style

Auction gala co-chairs Candice Tekippe and Jessica Izuno led Assumption School’s annual fundraiser in grand Roaring ’20s style at the University Club of Pasadena recently. The gala supports all aspects of Assumption School through the generous support of its parish and school donors as well as local businesses. The large committee of parent volunteers contributed countless hours, dozens of donations and event expertise to stage a successful fundraiser on behalf of the students, faculty and staff.
Featured auction gifts included Bruno Mars concert tickets with limo transport, a full wine cellar, weekend vacation homes, colorful glass art, as well as Cinco de Mayo and Martini Madness private parties. This year, funds from the fund-an-item paddle raise are for new classroom lighting among other school needs.
