Three of Pasadena American Little League’s All-Star teams recently won District 17 championships on the same day in what PALL President Kevin Lewis called “a night to remember.” In the Futures Tournament, PALL’s 8/9 year-old All Stars beat Santa Anita Little League, 6-0. In the second game of the night, the 10/11-year-old All Star team defeated Pasadena Southwest, 10-3, and the third victory of the night came from the 12-year-old squad that shut out PSWLL, 3-0. The 9/10-year-old and Juniors All Star teams also had successful runs in the tournament. Both teams advanced to the semifinal round of their respective tournaments and placed third. The 10/11 and 12-year-old All-Star teams went onto represent District 17 in their respective sectional tournaments July. Both teams had successful runs, making it to the sectional championship games for their age groups.
