The National Charity League Juniors of San Marino had its general meeting recently at the Hill Harbison House. The Juniors traditionally support the NCL Chapter’s L.A. County — USC holiday program. Aline Cacho-Sousa, the event co-chair, came to talk to the members about this project and ask for their continued support. This year, volunteers are giving Santa bags to 1,455 critically ill patients (infants, children, special needs children and teens) and their families. Justene Pierce spoke about Main Street Attraction, a resale store owned, operated and fully stocked with donations made by members of the chapter. All proceeds are used to help fund grants and scholarships.
