The Altadena Guild of Huntington Hospital recently held its 66th annual Home Tour. “A Stroll in the Altadena Highlands” tour this year was chaired by a mother/daughter team Linda Salinas and Suzy Burkhard. They led a group of Altadena Guild committee members who hosted this year’s tour.
The day started with the procession of the Pasadena Scots playing bagpipes and drums highlighting this year’s Scottish theme. The tour included four beautiful homes, a tea garden, a pub with a menu of delightful drinks and food offerings, an open market of local vendors and a bakery of fresh desserts, all handmade by guild members.

At the fall general membership meeting, a gift of $6,000 will be presented to the Constance G. Zahorik Appearance Center and a $5,000 scholarship award will go to a nurse chosen by Huntington Hospital.
