Holy Family Parish’s annual Benefit Auction took place Saturday night at the beautifully refurbished Pasadena Hilton with a “Great Gatsby” theme. Guests, many dressed in ’20s attire, enjoyed cocktails, dinner, and silent and live auctions.
The event, organized by Bridget Pudi, Reparata Mazzola, Nancy Tom, Kathleen Turknette, Katie Chenu, Mary Schimmoller, Karen Whitney, Cory Comeaux-Soto, Mary Hatton and many other dedicated volunteers, was highlighted by a blessing and toast given by Monsignor Clement Connolly, followed by a successful live auction and paddle raise courtesy of auctioneer Chuck Dukas. Funds raised will benefit Holy Family School and Parish and the more than 85 ministries the church serves within the community.
Dancing to the lively sounds of the Lucky Devils Band topped off a memorable evening of camaraderie and celebration, all in the spirit of the newly presented parish goals of growing in faith, hope and love.
