Pasadena Humane Society and Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals hosted a “Breakfast of Heroes” for its annual recognition event for top donors to the organization.
Held at the Pasadena Humane Society, approximately 70 guests were served a selection of seasonal goodies, including pumpkin pancakes, scrambled eggs with herbs, butternut squash strata, fresh fruit and pumpkin bread with cinnamon cream cheese along with coffee and mimosas.
Interim President and CEO Ruthie Hughes welcomed the guests and thanked them for their continued support of the shelter. Vice President of Communications Jack Hagerman presented a “Year in Review,” highlighting the shelter’s accomplishments over the past year as well as plans for 2019.
Guests also enjoyed the opportunity to have their photos taken with several shelter dogs.
