Members of the Christ Child Society of Pasadena gathered with their guests at the Imperial Palace for their signature event, “Sippin n’ Shoppin,” chaired by Angel Throop, Eileen Benson, Jennifer Gowen and Kate Kenney. This year’s St. Patrick’s Day-themed event kicked off with attendees sipping libations from Riley’s Pub, shopping at the boutiques with offerings from Shelley’s Fashions and Classy Bag Lady, all while bidding on items from the silent auction. Lunch and a live auction followed, and the afternoon culminated with a fashion show courtesy of Pearls of San Marino. The event directly supports the society’s mission to serve underprivileged children in the community. Next up for the group is the Easter shoe drive.
