The Pasadena Symphony Association recently hosted the annual Moonlight Sonata Gala at Pasadena City Hall. A cocktail reception in the City Hall courtyard was followed by dinner in Centennial Square. The evening’s program included a silent and live auction, entertainment, music and dancing.
In a special ceremony, Clara Maarse was recognized as philanthropist luminary for her charitable history and City of Hope was honored as the community luminary for its commitment to the research and treatment of life-threatening diseases as well as its charitable contributions to the arts.
