Arroyo Seco Weekend Music Festival June 24-25

Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers will be joined by Mumford & Sons, Alabama Shakes and Weezer at the inaugural Arroyo Seco Weekend on June 24-25 weekend to Brookside Park, adjacent to the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium. Tickets go on sale this Monday, March 20, at 11 a.m.
The event will feature three stages of live music along with curated menus from several of top Los Angeles restaurants and chefs plus craft beer and wine. Free day parking will be available at the festival.
The event’s promoter, Goldenvoice, is the creator of Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and Stagecoach. (According to an event spokesperson, Arroyo Seco Weekend takes its name from the Arroyo Seco stream, meaning “dry stream” in Spanish, that passes through Brookside Golf Course and Pasadena from the San Gabriel Mountains.)
On Saturday, the Arroyo Seco Music Festival will include performances by Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers , the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra, and John Mayall. On Sunday, Mumford & Sons, Fitz and the Tantrums, the Shins and ZZ Ward will perform.

Weekend and single-day general admission and VIP passes go on sale Monday, March 20, at 11 a.m. on ArroyoSecoWeekend.com. American Express card members can purchase passes before the general public beginning Friday, March 17, at 10 a.m.
Single-day general admission tickets start at $125; both days cost $225. A single-day VIP is $225 and the weekend VIP is $399. (There will also be additional ticket fees.) Preferred parking is $50.
