Bonsai Tree Artist to Demonstrate Work at Huntington

Award-winning bonsai artist Mauro Stemberger will demonstrate to an audience on April 1 how he creates a living masterpiece for the Huntington Library.
Stemberger, whose passion for bonsai date to his teenage years, will work from 1-4 p.m. that day in crafting his bonsai tree for the Huntington’s Japanese Garden. Visitors will be free to observe on a drop-in basis.
A trained architect, Stemberger frequently travels the world to promote interest in the bonsai tree craft.
