Bill and Noli Caswell, Susan and Bruce Dodge, and Kristen and Dave Mickelson were among the La Cañada Flintridge residents who attended a prior gala for Elizabeth House, which provides shelter and services for homeless pregnant women. This year’s event will be held Saturday, April 1.

Elizabeth House is hosting its annual gala on Saturday evening, April 1, at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale. The reception and silent auction begin at 5:30 p.m.; the dinner and program are at 7 p.m.
“This year’s gala will be a lot of fun,” said Elizabeth House Founder and Executive Director Debbie Unruh. “It is a celebration of the organization’s foundation of the past 23 years. It is giving us the ability to expand and take us to a new level.”
Some of the auction items include a fishing vacation to British Columbia, a one-week stay in Newport Beach, vacations to Mammoth and Palm Desert, and tickets to theater and sporting events. John Cervenka is the auctioneer.
Tickets are $175. For event information, call (626) 577-4434 or visit elizabethhouse.net.
