Hillsides, a Southern California mental health and foster care charity, raised more than $7,000 for holiday wishes of children in the residential treatment program at a successful H100 Fall Social held at the Arbour restaurant in Pasadena. The annual event is an opportunity for H100 members and guests to mingle, get a jump-start on holiday cheer, and support the children of Hillsides. H100 is a young professional support group of the charity.
Guests heard from Hillsides President and CEO Joseph Costa, who thanked H100 members and guests. “Never underestimate what a gift might do for a child,” he said. “Our job is to help kids who have suffered adverse childhood experiences, and one way we do this is through caring adults and groups like H100.”
