Early Learner Programs: Baby & Me, weekdays, Jan. 17-March 9, 9-10:30 a.m.: From animals to outer space, in this eight-week class, parents and tots will explore the world together through hands-on activities, song and play. Fun activities are designed to foster cooperation, boost social development and strengthen motor skills all while learning about art, science and the world. Onesies (12 to 24 months) sessions are available Wednesdays or Fridays and Twosies (24 to 36 months) sessions available Tuesday or Thursdays. Fee is $225 per child. Early Learner Programs: Bebé Y Yo, Mondays and Sundays, Jan. 22-March 13, 9-10:30 a.m.: From animals to outer space, in this eight-week class, parents and children will explore the world together through hands-on activities, song and play in full Spanish immersion. Fun activities are designed to foster cooperation, boost social development and strengthen motor skills all while learning about art, science and the world. Both Spanish speakers and second-language learners are welcome. Onesies (12 to 24 months) sessions available Mondays and Twosies (24 to 36 months) sessions available Sundays. Fee is $225 per child. Performance on the Frog: School of Rock, Sunday, Jan. 21, 3 p.m.: Start the new year right by rocking in the first Performance on the Frog of the season with the School of Rock. The School of Rock House Band features performers ranging in age from 10 to 17 years old who bring rock ’n’ roll classics to life.

Museums Free-for-All, Sunday, Jan. 28, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.: Over 35 museums — presenting art, cultural heritage, natural history and science — will open their doors and invite visitors to attend their museums free of charge.

Homeschool Adventure Day, Wednesday, Jan. 31, 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.: Join Kidspace for another Homeschool Adventure Day. This winter is the Adventures in Time. Students will be transported back into recent and prehistoric past to discover the indigenous peoples’ methods of storytelling and think about what a dinosaur might have been like when it was alive. For $15, admission covers one student and an accompanying adult, and the option to sign up for one of the Discovery Programs. Choose from two: Chumash Cave Painting and Digging Up the Tyrannosaurus Rex. There is no minimum required for attendance and students can sign up for more than one Discovery Program. Glow Gallery Workshop, Series dates Feb. 19, Feb. 25, March 4, 3-4:30 p.m.: Curate and install your own pop-up art gallery on the evening of ArtNight Pasadena Friday, March 9. Workshop participants will produce and finish an original work suitable for the “luminescent” theme to be on display at Kidspace’s Glow Gallery for ArtNight Pasadena. Learn basic acrylic paint techniques, color theory and an introduction to composition. For children ages 6 years and up. Fee is $75 per child for all three sessions.
