Jewish Rock Concert on Jan. 13

Singer and guitarist Rick Recht will bring his unique brand of high-energy, interactive Jewish rock music to Pasadena Jewish Temple & Center on Saturday, Jan. 13, at 7 p.m., for an all-ages family concert. The concert will feature community singers and musicians.
He will perform songs from his most recent album, “Halleluyah,” as well as selections from his other Jewish rock albums.
“The stage is my home,” said Recht. “The energy and voices of the audience, whether they’re little kids, teens or adults, are indescribable. For me, it’s a dream come true to create and share in these amazing experiences.”
Recht is the top-touring Jewish artist today, performing more than 125 concerts each year across the country. He has become an icon for Jewish youth, elevating the medium of Jewish music as a powerful and effective tool for developing Jewish pride and identity.
Recht is also the founder and executive director of Jewish Rock Radio, a 24/7, Jewish rock internet radio station found at jewishrockradio.com. He is also executive director of Songleader Boot Camp (songleaderbootcamp.com), Jewish leadership training programs and conferences for Jewish educators, clergy, and veteran and new song leaders.
