The La Cañada Flintridge Educational Foundation will hold its first Pajama Gala, with the silent auction kicking off on Saturday, March 20, at 5 p.m. and concluding Saturday, March 27, at 5 p.m.
Participants will have an entire week of bidding on silent auction items while sipping wine and indulging on cheese/charcuterie and/or sweets delivered to their doorstep, according to an LCFEF spokesperson.
• Two bottles of wine paired with cheese and charcuterie platter, made from the La Cañada Cheese Shop, and delivered on Saturday, March 20.
• Two bottles of wine paired with a dessert made by Jam Bakery (local family owned), delivered on Saturday, March 27.
In addition, LCFEF is planning a virtual surprise that week. The event will benefit LCF children and schools.

The LCFEF Annual Gala has been the largest fundraiser of the year for the city’s public schools, raising funds that are used for class-size reduction, guidance and/or college counselors, personal protective equipment, art and music teachers, elementary Spanish programs and more.
Gala committee co-chairs are Joyce Mayne and Tracey Nelson; silent auction co-chairs are Karen Thurston and Ahee Han. Other committee members are Arlene Fader, Truc Moore, Yvonne Lutz, Stephanie Weber, Kate Walters, Sahar Bedrood, Jody Menerey, Scott Sugino, Jason Scherbert, John Ibsen, Julie Bae and Betsy Asher Hall.
