Maranatha High School Virtual Gala Is March 6

Maranatha High School has announced that its 2021 annual benefit event, “The Sky’s the Limit,” will be held virtually on Saturday, March 6. Maranatha relies on the generosity of organizations and individuals to make its annual benefit a success.
Net proceeds from this year’s virtual benefit will support the creation of the Student Study Center. Currently, Maranatha does not have a dedicated, quiet space where students can do school work and/or study during free periods, lunch or after school. The center will be a communal space that also includes a room for cooperative learning and group projects. Students will have access there to charging stations for their school iPads and to projection equipment for filming school projects. The center will not only provide students with an important place to learn and study but will also encourage collaborative learning.
MHS invites community members to support the creation of the Student Study Center by taking advantage of available underwriting and sponsorship opportunities and by donating goods or services to the event’s auction, participating in the auction, purchasing a swag bag and/or making a cash donation. Bidding for the silent auction will open five to seven days before the event.
