The 30th annual Methodist Hospital Crystal Ball Gala, held recently at the Pasadena Convention Center, gathered more than 770 guests to celebrate the medical center’s accomplishments and developments and raised $700,000 for Methodist’s Comprehensive Stroke Center and Heart Attack Receiving Center. This year’s event honored Patty and Mike Nijjar and was coordinated by co-chairs Sherry and Shone Wang with Aner and Rebecca Iglesias. The black-tie fete included a performance by beloved musical group Kool & the Gang, silent and live auctions, and the special live Fund-a-Need campaign.
