Family and friends recently gathered as Polytechnic School promoted its 8th-grade class on Wednesday, June 6. The students will now advance to Poly’s Upper School to begin their high school careers.
The promotion followed a morning honors celebration in which teachers spoke about each individual student. Students gave speeches, reflecting on their time in the Middle School, and families and friends enjoyed three musical performances featuring the talents of the 8th-grade class. Pat Gray, Middle School director, presented the class of 2022, and he and Head of School John Bracker awarded the certificates to the students.
