Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation Adds Board, Committee Members

Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation has announced the addition of five key members to its leadership, including three new board of directors members — Shelley Thompson, Shiva Sattar and Betty Uribe — and two new advisory committee members, Dr. Lily Lee and David Misch.
“The addition of these key community members continues to strengthen the mission of Legacy and the leadership outlook that we are growing as we protect the future of this iconic landmark venue,” said Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation Executive Director Dedan Brozino.

Shiva Sattar

Sattar is a regional managing director at First Republic Bank, overseeing the San Diego and Orange County regions. She has more than two decades of experience in financial services. Before joining First Republic, she was a senior vice president at Union Bank. She also has held various leadership positions at Wells Fargo and Wachovia.

Shelley Thompson

Thompson, consultant at Seyfarth and Shaw, is an experienced attorney, wealth advisor and banking executive. She is presently practicing law in the area of trusts and estates. Previously she worked at Bank of Hawaii, where she served as vice chair, chief fiduciary officer, member of the managing committee and manager of the Investment Services Group. Active in the community, Thompson serves on the boards of the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, the Pasadena Literary Alliance and the Organization of Women Executives.

Betty Uribe

Uribe is the executive vice president at California Bank and Trust, where she leads commercial and personal banking throughout Southern California. As an international and bilingual speaker, Uribe has lectured in North and South America and Asia; her work has been published in financial and business publications and trade journals in China, Singapore, Russia, Canada, Colombia, Mexico and the United States. Included in the many honors bestowed upon her are “The Most Prominent Latina in Los Angeles,” “Top 25 National Corporate Elite” and author of “#Values: The Secret to Top-Level Performance in Business & Life.”

Dr. Lily Lee

Lee is a board-certified plastic surgeon and active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, California Society of Plastic Surgeons, Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association. She is now in private practice in Pasadena/San Gabriel, Rancho Mirage and Beverly Hills, with a particular focus in complex revision rhinoplasty and Asian eyelid aesthetic surgeries.

David Misch

Misch is the chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of Community Bank in Pasadena. He has more than 30 years of experience, 20 of which were at Mellon Bank. He has held various positions at national and community banks, including CEO of four community banks and, while at Mellon, served as the chief credit officer, the head of M&A and strategic planning, and the head of private banking.
