ChapCare held its first Swing Fore Health Golf Tournament at Brookside Golf Club to raise awareness and much-needed funding for the nonprofit. ChapCare provides accessible, comprehensive primary health care services to more than 16,000 patients per year in the San Gabriel Valley.
