Grand Opening at Universal Bank Monterey Park

The Monterey Park branch of Universal Bank recently held a grand opening ceremony with nearly 100 people, including local politicians and prominent business owners from various industries. President and CEO Frank Chang, director of retail banking James Lin, business banking manager Tony Jew, former Monterey Park Mayor Peter Chan, as well as other key members of the company, took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony and watched the lion dance performance together at the bank’s newest location at 404 S. Atlantic Blvd. Universal Bank was founded in Rosemead and has been working with the local community for more than 65 years. There are five branches with approximately 70 employees with its headquarters in West Covina. Staff members are experienced and multilingual (English, Mandarin, Spanish and Tagalog).
