Paradise Canyon Elementary School 5th-graders in Jenny Kazak’s class worked in teams to design 3-D taco trucks by first putting their design on graph paper and calculating dimensions. As in any business, the team had to decide on a business name and design a logo for their truck. Next they made menus, calculated costs and then took orders. Students used their math, geometry and engineering skills to become enterprenuers.
