The 19th annual SoCal Women’s Health Conference was held recently at the Hilton Pasadena Hotel, with actress Holly Robinson Peete and Tournament of Roses President Laura Farber among this year’s celebrity guests.
Lena Kennedy is the event’s founder; conference chairwomen this year were L.A. County Supervisor Kathryn Barger and Aon senior executive Lisa Stevens.
The event was attended by nearly 2,000 women along with 70 community-based health organizations, medical professionals, and beauty and wellness experts for a day of education, inspiration and fun. Booths and exhibits offered innovative diet and fitness ideas, fashion trends and a fashion show.
For the husbands and boyfriends, “The Man Cave” once again featured engaging speakers, games, education and networking.
