The Pasadena Senior Center recently held a kickoff party for its Zest Gala, the center’s annual fundraising party. This year’s honoree will be Scott Jenkins, managing partner of the Pasadena legal firm Hahn & Hahn and a longtime community volunteer, who served as president of the Tournament of Roses in 2014. The kickoff drew nearly 100 to the Tournament House for the announcement. Guests also enjoyed tours of the house as well as food from El Portal. The Zest Gala will be chaired by Abel Ramirez and is scheduled for Oct. 28.
