The Lake Avenue Community Foundation’s Stars For Tomorrow annual benefit was held recently at the Rose Bowl. A reception at the stadium’s Court of Champions was followed by dinner and a live auction in the UCLA football team’s locker room. Proceeds benefit the Stars’ after-school and mentoring programs. Kim Chinen helped organize the event; Nancy Stiles serves as LACF’s executive director.
