Chandler School families and faculty recently celebrated the annual Heritage Day Picnic with tasty foods from Africa, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Europe, Mexico/Caribbean/Central and South America, the Middle East, and USA/Hawaii/Canada. Parent volunteers served hundreds of eager eaters as families enjoyed picnics on the field. Students also took part in professional samba and merengue demonstrations and danced to music from around the world.
