The Child Educational Center held an alumni reunion on Saturday for its recently promoted preschool class, with more than 100 children and parents returning for a fun afternoon of play at the CEC’s Oak Grove site. The children’s faces lit up with excitement as they reunited with old friends and rediscovered their old stomping grounds.
“We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful community of families, and are so happy to welcome these children back to our campus,” noted Elyssa Nelson, CEC’s Executive Director.
Now in its 38th year, the CEC is open to children ages 2 months to 5 years, and features a nature and play-based program in the outdoor classroom.
