The Salvation Army held its annual “Others” Award Luncheon last week. This year, the “Others” Award was presented to the Pasadena Rotary Club in recognition of its devoted service to the community. The event included greetings from Mayor Terry Tornek, remarks from the Salvation Army General Secretary and Los Angeles Metro Coordinator Major Osei Stewart and the awards presentation to Rotary Club President Mary Lou Byrne, who accepted on behalf of the Pasadena Rotary Club.
