Kidspace Museum’s Circle of Friends held its annual brunch last week at a local private club. The group presented Kidspace Museum Director CEO Michael Shanklin with $308,000, raised by COF throughout the past year. The group was led by President Tricia Nur. The incoming president will be Jennifer Kennedy.
The Circle of Friends is a philanthropic group of more than 100 women from Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino, La Cañada Flintridge and surrounding areas who are dedicated to supporting the operations of Kidspace Children’s Museum through both funds and volunteer hours. There are also more than 100 Founders Circle members — women who have been active in the group for five years and continue to support the museum.
