Youth football players from Pasadena and the surrounding areas will attend a free half-day football clinic held at Rose Bowl Stadium on Saturday, June 9. The clinic will be led by current, and former, NFL and college football coaches. Participants (ages 6-13) will take part in agility drills, offensive and defensive training, and character development. The clinic is sponsored by the Rose Bowl Game and the city of Pasadena. Former NFL players Marcus Robertson and Chad Brown, who hail from Pasadena and Altadena, respectively, will be on-site to help run the clinic. For the first time, the event will also offer fitness classes and nutritional products for parents and patrons in attendance. A behind-the-scenes tour of the Rose Bowl Stadium will be available as well as photo opportunities with the Leishman Trophy.
