The Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors held its 110th annual Inaugural and Awards Luncheon recently at the Langham Huntington hotel. Shahe Seuylemezian is taking over as PFAR’s new president, replacing Bill Podley in the top slot. Other 2017 officers and directors will be Emilie Broughton as president-elect; Sid Karsh as treasurer; Crystal Narramore as secretary; Steve Haussler as MLS chair; David Booth, Chelby Crawford, Lisa Christine Diaz and Marilyn Simon as directors; Michelle McConville as affiliate director and Podley as past president.
